Short version: the apps run on your own Mac and iPhone, and we don't run anything that can read what you say to them. On this website, signing in is optional. If you sign in, we keep your name, email and picture, and which apps you asked to hear about. We don't sell it and we don't use it for ads.

We never ask GitHub or Google for anything else: not your repositories, contacts or files.

Teamforce (Mac)

Teamforce and Holly run on your Mac. They don't send us your conversations, files or Claude sign-in. What you ask Holly goes to Claude with your own Claude account, so Anthropic handles it under your Claude settings. If you connect Telegram, your messages with Holly go through Telegram, between your Mac and your Telegram app.

Buddy (iPhone)

Buddy is the iPhone app for Teamforce. It talks to your own Mac, not to us. We don't run anything that can read what you say or keep it.

WhatWhere it goesHow long
What you say on a callYour Mac, which turns the audio into text itself. Teamforce then sends the text to Claude with your own Claude account, so Anthropic handles it under your Claude settingsYour Mac keeps a log of each call's words, readable only by your Mac user account
Your locationOnly during a call, and only if you allow it. It goes to your Mac and into what Claude sees, so it can answer things like "what's nearby". Apple Maps looks up places near itIn your Mac's memory only, never saved. Dropped 15 minutes after the call ends, or 30 if the call drops
Pairing detailsYour Mac's name, address and public keys, in your private iCloud (CloudKit private database). Only your Apple Account can read itUntil you remove the pairing
Your iPhone's name and a ring tokenYour Mac, so it can ring you. The ring goes through Apple's push service and carries the call's ID, Holly's name and your Mac's nameOn your Mac until you unpair
TranslateSpeech is recognized on your iPhone with Apple's on-device speech. If you turn on "Better translation with Claude", the text goes to your Mac and on to AnthropicNot kept by Buddy

Between your iPhone and your Mac, everything is encrypted. It goes either directly over Tailscale (encrypted by WireGuard), or through Switchboard, an open-source relay. Switchboard passes along sealed envelopes that only your iPhone and your Mac hold the keys to. It saves nothing to disk. While running, it keeps in memory only what it needs to route and limit traffic: device public keys, IP addresses, and which devices may talk to each other. It can see that two devices are talking, when, and how much, but not what they say. The Switchboard we run sits behind Cloudflare, which also sees IP addresses.
